We are an informal community group of running enthusiasts who meet up for fun, social runs. Our goal is to build a friendly and supportive atmosphere for people who enjoy running and recreating together.

No Supervision or Instruction: Group runs are informal and are not supervised by professional trainers or medical personnel unless explicitly stated for a specific event (which is not the current nature of this group).
